A redesigned Venue & Space Plan
The Venue & Space Plan now opens on an overview of your venues with spaces grouped beneath, and every space has its own page for its schedule, specifications and contacts.
What changed
The page now starts with the venues an event uses and the spaces inside each one. Opening a space takes you to a page of its own.
- A venue overview with contact, access and loading summaries and a count of conflicts
- Spaces grouped under their venue, with unassigned spaces kept visible
- Search, a level filter, and a switch to show only spaces that need attention
- Each space has Overview, Schedule, Specs and Contacts & notes
- Specs cover setup and capacity, accessibility, A/V and technical details, venue logistics and restrictions
- Move space, plus Functions and Calendar views for comparing days
