Shared notes, safer exports and public link controls
Session notes are internal by default and appear in recipient documents only when marked shared. Vendor and wedding party documents are built from explicit safe fields, and the public schedule link can expire, rotate or be revoked.

Each session note is internal or shared, and new notes are internal. A recipient document includes a note only when it is marked shared and the option is on.
Documents for outside readers
Vendor Contact & Logistics, Vendor Schedule and Wedding Party Schedule are generated from an explicit set of safe fields. Internal vendor notes, instructions and contact details that are not day-of stay out. Internal planning documents, such as the master run of show and the crew call sheet, are for your own team.
The public schedule link
The public link shows a read-only schedule and leaves out internal notes. People who can manage an event's settings can now manage its lifecycle.
- Give a link an expiry date
- Rotate it to a new address
- Revoke it. A revoked link stays revoked, and publishing again creates a new one
